Dock Development : As part of the development of the property, the owners have obtained full planning consent for the reconstruction of the original dock and an extension giving a total length of 208 feet with an arm of 120 feet. Existing Improvements : Development of Mooney Bay Estate has been restricted to the beachfront area which comprises flat land rising no more than a few feet above sea level leaving the remainder of the property and hillside undeveloped. The property has been developed with a seven-bedroom main villa, a manager's cottage and a tennis court above a substantial cistern. These improvements have been cleared of storm debris but remain in an unrepaired state following hurricane damage.
